Keita vs. Lane after Shorinji Kempo practice at Sophia University. Keita is using a mix of Shorinji Kempo and Kickboxing, and Lane is using Tae Kwon Do. The background music is "Everlong," from The Foo Fighters -- I TAKE NO CREDIT FOR THE MUSIC. Yes, it's a cheesy video with a cheesy fit, but it seemed like a good idea at the time.

This video is JUST FOR FUN, made for the Shorinji Kempo Club. Please don't take this seriously.

  • Attack Attack Attack !!!!!

Sorry to say but theres not a lot of Shorinji Kempo in that. Shoriinji Kempo is a beautiful **self defence** martial art that combines a number of different arts and consists of hard (goho) and soft (juho) techniques. Best thing to do if you want to experience true Shorinji Kempo is go to the WSKO site and find a dojo nearby..... its life changing.

  • Yes yes, I knew this. Read the video description. : P

  • Coming to Sophia in september, might join up! I come from a wrestling background though...

  • You should! The club is great, and everyone is really friendly. <: )

  • You kick verry bad!

  • @newcomer777 they are not fighting, they don't mean their strikes, they are just playing a game (ofense/defense/counter-attack).

And you're right, this is not kick boxing

  • lol! that was not kickboxing! Any midst level kickboxer would kill them both. Such poor work of hands!

  • YAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

  • this looks like a lot of fun!

  • lane seems 2 lyk he has experience with wtf tkd ;; or shotokan karate.

  • bend ur knees

  • they got nothing, even I don't get trained, can compete with them

  • Very glad Iam eliminateing my own enemy within myself. Kicking a kicking bag injures noone, however, level won't improve without a sparring partner either.
