You both have beautiful voices, despite some minor pitch errors and the added vocal weight..
FIND A TECHNICIAN, and study study study--you both have amazing voices. Find a good teacher!!! One who encourages you to have a solid technique based on Bel Canto, Alexander and the like.

why is the pianist barefoot?

One of my favorite interpretations of Laudamus Te that I've seen on YouTube. I'm certain the live performance was simply brilliant. Thank you so much for sharing!

This is a really wonderful video with two voices that blend well - and of course it is sung extremely well - perhaps one of the best versions of this duet on YouTube.

I could have sworn I saw a tounge ring and people always tell me not to get one if I want my singing to be nice, but yours is gorgeous! So Im sure I can get one now without ruining my voice aha ^-^

I did have one! I have since taken it out since I graduated college, but I had it for 4 years and it never got in the way of my singing. I wouldn't recommend keeping it in once you seriously start to audition, but I never ran into a problem with it in college.
