@wholtone you first. You're one of those "beer guys" who criticize without anything constructive. Especially over something as petty as spraying star san out of a bottle. I can just see you on beer advocate listing what beers are over rated, or why a beer isn't as good as it should be. If you know what's wrong with everything make your own instructional videos and distribute your own beer.

A couple things. 1. Why are you spraying your hand with sanitizer? Wear rubber gloves if you insist on being that careful. I personally prefer filling a bucket with sanitizer and dropping everything in there rather than spraying, then fishing it out and drying it after two mins. 2. Why is the bung in the flask during boil? Doesn't seem necessary and likely to build up some unnecessary pressure in the flask. 3. I would mix (aerate) for longer than that. Shake violently for a minute or so.
