That's a long video dude! Great strategy and SWOT-like presentation :D

But I got a qn doesn't listing also = high chance of being a takeover target? Perhaps look into forming strategic alliance with banks, funds or gov investment arms 1st before listing. This way cross holding still increases transparency, alliances with banks enable easier access to future funding and global expansion, & it prevents a hostile takeover. See Euyansang, it's a good example of a listed family biz.

Hey ! thanks for the comment. i agree with your point.

That was why we did a strategic alliance with Agricultural Bank of China to help us enter the china market by providing investment funds and they can at the same time offer new investment products to their clients.

@tyw85 Yep, What I mean is get more banks and stagger ownership. This way it prevents moral hazard, and its also a shared risk to the banks. EYS has 4 banks backing them and the Aberdeen fund. This way banks get to syndicate and diversify risk too.

Just curious, do u need to write a report for this? Or just presentation? I hope my presentation can be so fun too >_<

i must say that Michelle is really a talented artist while yiwei is sort of supporting the drawing, hahaaaa... but the whole effect is really cool, while watching the video, i was really eager to see the complete picture of the drawings.
