This video looks like it's been made in the 80's or before that. BUD/S candidates don't use the Tijuana River any more during hell week because the Tijuana River was an open sewer. It gave many candidates severe and sometimes permanent illnesses. This was before they changed that in 1983 and created the mud flats right in San Diego
