How-To: Fix you mic problem in ventrilo. (HD)

Does your mic work in all other programs, but not in ventrilo? Is your voice too loud to some people, or maybe people are too loud for you?

well this tutorial shows you how I have my vent set up and explains everything int the setup screen in some detail.

My Mic sounds like a storm trooper.

I have no fucking idea how to fix this. I have a DS raid to lead in WoW tomorrow, and this is pissing me off. Google gives me shit answers.

@alexthao06 This video wasn't helpful for me, and I couldn't figure it out. What finally worked was that I clicked on the Recording (Input) button in System Sound Control Panels at the bottom right corner of the set up screen. Then I clicked on the microphone I was trying to use, and in that box clicked on levels where it foolishly had a mute icon. Clicked on that to unmute and now it works! Hopefully that will work for you?

@USFLucky7 well i fixed it by plugin my mic in the front of my pc just cuz my rear plug was messed up :S haha i dont think it might help u, but i wish the best for you :P
