College Park MD to Washington DC by bike (5x speed)

Starts at Lake Artemesia and ends on the 15th Street NW cycletrack north of K Street. Goes on NE branch trail, a small section of the NW branch trail, residential streets of NE DC, over the Monroe street bridge, down the Metropolitan branch trail, through Capitol Hill and the U.S. Capitol grounds, and up the Pennsylvania Ave NW median bike lane to the 15th street cycletrack.

You should provide a Google maps link to your videos. :) I'd like to bike to Union Station from CP, but got confused at the route through the neighborhoods!
