What blue jumps do you mean? Are you talking about her dive kick attack? If so, it's down by pressing Down+Kick in the air.

Tap Down then Up to have her do a high jump.

The program I used to recrd the clips did not record the audio sadly, but that was because there was an option I haven't changed to it that would've recorded her voice clips ^_^;
