More acts of kindness can change the world? and perform miracles? I'm convinced that they can do that, and I'm quoting the words of St. Therese de Lisieux:
"Love proves itself by deeds, so how am I to show my love? Great deeds are forbidden me. The only way I can prove my love is by scattering flowers and these flowers are every little sacrifice, every glance and word, and the doing of the least actions for love."
Those petals of roses, you can see them always behind me.
Please share your random and small acts of kindness with us.
A couple of days ago I over heard my cousin saying she didn't have any gas money to get to work so I gave her $20. Today I saw her again an she said I will give you the $20 you loaned me when I get paid. I said I don't remember loaning you $20, as she started to remind me I cut her off and said I gave you $20. Then I gave her $20 more.

Commit one act of good e.g. buy a homeless man a pint, help an elderly person across the street etc. Take a photo of yourself doing the good deed and send it to this address...

I made bread for a lady today and just called to see if she can come over to collect it. The task took all day, fresh ingredients, time, patience. But mostly, love. My friend said the timing is perfect - she is out of bread and cannot get groceries until Friday. Could feel her smile beam over the telephone. Now I am smiling too; it infectious. Gotta go and make coffee! Thankyou Paulo, for being so kind and caring. Blessings xo

I really think little good actions can improve the world, so I start the Quintexential project promoting the establishment of good actions among its members.

I agree Paulo!! It is the little things in life, straight from the heart, that mean the most. All we need is Love : )

hey paulo,
I had to help a young female in her mid 20s (i was 18 at the time) get home back to Vancouver. I was coming from a small city about a hour drive from Toronto. I was on my way home from school and she was helpless, and needed to get to the airport badly.
It was near midnight, i took her to the right stop, i carried her luggage walked her through to the taxi cab to take her to the airport. I got home about 2 hours later than i should have and my mom killed me lol.
