hey are you still on the patch? How is it working for you?

@gullable2 no I'm no longer on it. I broke out in a terrible rash that itched so bad. I would dump the cortisone/ anti itch cream on the rash. Plus I would end up ripping it off just to get some relief and sometimes it would fall off but it would stick back. I'm now on nuvaring and I love it.

I was on the patch for three years and never had any problems with it. I loved it it was easier for me bc im forgetful and I was afraid of gaining weight with the birth control shot. I never gained weight although i stayed pretty active all three years. When I finally stopped use of the patch it took about a year for me to conceive my daughter, which isnt a bad thing. and after she was born i went back to using the patch. I love it.

I'm lovin it to except for that part that out of no where I get really bad cramps that last for a few secs and I'm bledding but it's not anywhere close to being my period.

i was on that crap for 18 months and my asshole and my vaginal hair folicals itched the whole time i went to the doctors so much trying to find out what the problem was they stop giving me creams and steriods and sent me for a biopsy and to a physcologist lol but my dermatologist (an african american woman) figured it out by process of elimination THANK THE LORD but no weight gain, my period was crazy it would just stay inside no discharge it was just there when i wiped go figure good luck mama

good info i'm still trying to get it because it's not one of my preferred scripts that my insurance wants to fully cover so I have to pay an arm and a leg for it but i should have it within the next month but thanks for that

@shayfay00 Did you put it in the same spot?? i did that and i got a rash but i started moving it each month and i love it :) havent had anymore promblems with it.

i love the patch. i tryed the pill and they never helped. nuva ring hurt durning sex. so i tryed the patch and i love it

I'm 21, i dont smoke and also dont drink alcohol, the only side effect i've had is breast tenderness... i've used it for like a year and stopped it for a while but im going back on it next week =) hope it goes fine...

scarp what I previously said. severe depression. Had enough of all forms of hormonal contraception im going back to the old tried and tested barrier methods, can't stand feeling like this anymore!
