Simple rules to follow:
1. If the weed looks too good to be true (i.e. crystal city) it's contaminated
2. If it doesn't smell potent it's contaminated
3. If the ash on the joint is hard rather than soft it's contaminated (probably with an oily based substance)
4. This is obvious but if you feel grit on your teeth it's this gritty weed shit (there's 2 levels with the second level being a little more subtle but still obvious)
5. If the weed tastes sweet it's had sugar water sprayed on to it
