Here's a game the us girls do in my school:

1.) Write on post it notes like you have seen in the video.

2.) Stick them in places were people can see them.

3.) When someone see's it or you find one. Take it to put in a different place were other girls can see it.

4.) Make another post it note and stick in the same place you found one before.

5.) Keep the game going!!

Someone did this at our collage. They posted notes on every bathroom mirrior at our collage. Me and one of my friends went into the bathroom and saw the notes. The best thing was that seeing them made us both smile and feel beautiful, when just two minutes earlier we had been saying that we looked horrible that day. To everyone who participated in this, you may not have Realized it, but this worked great for so many people and helped to make many people feel beautiful about themselves! Rock on!

I found this video on Superchick's website and have been making OB notes for at least a month now. OB is so amazing and it HAS changed the way I see myself. :)
