@this1satch you should try spinning it the oppisite way that you want it to go(with your finger)and then try to go to that oppisite way as its spinning and that will build your controll. very easy, i just so happened to be doing it and has worked every time.

so many close minded people commenting on here geez, anyway, I am a beginner at this, and I use a little bit of Styrofoam in a bowl of water to minimize friction, I know that one friction-less object attracts to another [gravity] but I usually wait until everything is still and then I try to move it with my mind, and it has worked on occasion but I will get better at it at some point lol and good lick to you on your telekinetic adventures!!

You do realise you need a cold environment and 2 warm hands around the psi wheel, one hand near the paper is not enough. I actually did it once. I had a psi wheel under a plastic container. I blew it to see if wind could spin it. It didn't spin. So I recorded the psi wheel to see if it would spin because I closed my eyes and concentrated really hard. On about my 3rd try I got it to spin! Science can't explain everything.

You -DO- realize the air around your hand is always more humid, hence change the temperature of the air in the direction of your palm? And by pointing out one finger, you open the surface area of the humidity origin. It doesn't matter how small it is, it starts a reaction, and when on the tip of an unbalanced needle, it -will- move.

Dangel6667, as to why i covered my mouth: My friend reckons my breathing affects the movement towards to psi. Hence I cover my nose and mouth. I did this to prove that its not from my breathing. Intj123 is right. I was trying to prove something.
I can spin the psi by watching it without hand movement now. I listen to music that moves my soul. This usually has a great effect to moving it.

Hey Rtomarshi, practice makes perfection. Just practice biit by bit each day and you will see improved results.
You will realise the psi wheel reacts to your mind more easily once you have had lots of practice.
