Hi I dont have the extra convertor (the little black one I have the big one) that you are using but instead I have used extra bits of C/S and still the image wont cut through properly. I have added more paper to thicken the amount so the handle is very firm to pull down and still it hasnt punched out the image fully. It is a new die as well as the sizzix mach hasnt been used to cut only emboss. Can you please give me any more ideas. Thank you
