Yes, he was awesome. Yes, I loved his show. Yes, I was sad when he died.
No, i was not surprised like everyone else seemed to be. If you fuck around with deadly wild animals you are bound to get killed. Look at "grizzly man"(Timothy Treadwell), that poor fucker got eaten alive. I knew it was only a matter of time before SI got killed. I was kinda hoping he would retire before then...
We all miss you Steve. You lived well and played hard enough for 10 lifetimes.

im not an aussi but watching steve on tv every day i just wanted to be like him and i went catching lizzardz and stuff and the week i went to aus and went to australia zoo to see him i herd wat had happend and started crying ,then bought his memorial dvd and i allways wach it!!! R.I.P. steve
