The lovely and late pianist Hazel Scott scored big time with her apperance on the George Gershwin bio classic "Rhapsody in Blue". Here she performs "The Man I Love","I Got Rhythm","Clap Your Hands","Fascinating Rhythm" and "Yankee Doodle Blues".

However this in fact was the last motion picture film that Hazel Scott will ever appear in due to the fact that she was against racial sterotypes.

  • I am in love with her, she is a dream.

  • She started playing at age three and had a scholarship to Juiliard by age eight and other scholarships. She is really great!!!!

  • Look for :

    The Heat's On Mae West

    for more Hazel !!

  • She was a child prodigy. Received a scholarship at Julliett. As good of a piano player ever in jazz. Could do Classical. Hard to transition to classical because you must use a different set of movements. She was a mega talent and a very sexy lady!

  • Amazing!
