Oh, i almost forgot to say that. You seem to have progressed a lot since your last video and you seem to feel comfortable with that acrylic :)

@VonBernau I am glad you find that comprehensive, it is hard sometimes to explain something in a written words. And we both not english :P One more thing. I have learned this move by bending my elbow, which gives me more control, and can make the spiral roll really slow sometimes. Working on this, i realized that the closer to the wrist the ball is when starting the move, the easier it is. As you said, starting from palm spiral, you may end doing "matrix" :D

It looks like a spiral to me! Nice control!
And once you asking, i would call it a stretched arm spiral with a little throw. The throw will be a roll i a while, and then is a matter of choice of technique if you keep straight arm or you bend the elbow to do the move. For avoiding the throw, try to push the ball as high as possible (without letting go off the arm) and make a little bounce of the whole body before you start the spiral, so you have enough time to get under the ball again.

@congasious @congasious Wooo, thanks for your comprehensive answer. At some point I think I've switched from learning elbow stall to palm spirals to these stretched arm spirals, not even sure why. Yup, the throw will have to become a roll or at least something that looks like a roll, same principle as with the common butterfly. :-)
Thanks for your hints, will give it a go!
