  • I always wondered, this episode is from the first season I think, but doesn't Starsky get him this car in Survival? Or was Starsky just being sweet and looking for something with the same "call"?

  • Yeah, this was first season. He also had this car in the pilot movie and landing on the roof, as you see in the opening credits, is how the roof got caved in. In Survivial, this would be the car that was crashed, so Starsky got him a replacement that looked just like it. The replacement was later blown up in Targets Without a Badge part 1.

  • @thunderstruck665 Thanks when i think about the LTD i think about that Detective show "The F.B.I" that was on TV back in the 70's with Efram Zimbalist Jr. all they drove were Ford LTD's...or maybe Galaxies??

  • @thunderstruck665 WOW i didnt realize that, actually i thought Ford stopped production of the Galaxie in 1972. When did Ford stop production on the Galaxie??

  • 72 had a different look than a 73 did,theyre miles apart if you study them.They were nice riding cars though,my neighbors had one back then.
