A good lower trap exercise from Gray Cook.

Support your head with your opposite fist, reach out as far as you can, turn your palm upwards, pull your shoulder back down as much as possible without bending your elbow, lift and hold.

    No,i am not mocking prayer.I pray.i'm also a christian but i've been watching you're vids and they are very sub par except for the tricep extensions.that video interested me a bit even though it looks too hard on the elbows.Sorry to say but this vid here is very bizarre.Make some where you do high intensity sets of pushups,dips,pullups,curls,row­s,bench, overheading,and one handed pushups.All the stuff that i do.not trying to be arrogant but really now,come on!

  • I'm begging for money actually. This is an activation exercise for lower traps. I use it mainly as part of warm ups before all the fun stuff.
