Man there's nothing like Mexican accents. The ones from Veracruz and Tampico sound alot like Puerto Rican only slower. Norteno is very manly macho like, chilango very expressive, probably funniest dialect of all. Then there's also fresa and poppies high society talk like el pirruris. They are so very different.

@Crocodokii He did not say Paraguay he said "Chile?" and he was obviously playing around. He wasn't serious when he said Chile. Btw I'm Argentinean from Mendoza province and only porteños sound like that, mainly from Buenos Aires. We don't pronounce the "Y" with "sh"...
