  • If you wrap the band around one foot, that helps to lessen the slack. You can get excellent resistance with it that way.

  • is there an exercise with bands specifically for lats, besides the lat pull down?

  • u could probably pull some of that extra slack between ur feet and then lock it down with ur body weight BEFORE starting so there's no slack at all like we're seeing in the video ..
