@ericmo11 Im just taking apart my early 2008 atm and yes there is adhesive on all 4 corners of the besil

Was that adhesive I saw between 1:25 - 1:30? I have a MACBOOK (13-INCH EARLY 2008). Apple is giving me a hard time about repairing the LCD screen because they found "liquid spill damage or foreign substance" in the same location that I saw in the video.

About 100$ for a new screen, and DIY is the cheapest way hah. that's what I did.
