try leafing the plats longer then the gasket
so as to double as cooling finns

Not using pwm at this point. Effective cooling is much more reliable than a pwm. I am developing one that will soon be released. It is gonna be needed for cold weather. But right now my water never exceeds 130 deg, no pump, no pwm, running at 45 amps!!!!! cooling is the answer my friend. The less electronics there are the less failure there is.
