Worst interviewer ever? His "question" lasted for 13 minutes and 13 seconds! The rabbi got no real opportunity to explain himself -- he could hardly get a word in edgewise.
Here is the simple answer to the silly interviewer's silly question: the rabbi believes in the separation of church and state. A concept completely alien to the fundamentalist peanut gallery that populates this clip's thread of comments. You're a rather dumb lot.

@smoraffah They are not courts, Sherlock, they are mediation centres, in which, for example, a couple can resolve a dispute- it is all within the law of the land and, I repeat, has nothing to do with Shariah replacing the legal system. Jewish people have 'Beth Din'. A court implements law, and a law has to go through Parliament before it becomes one. I don't know where cretins like you infer your fantasies from. In fact, the law encourages alternative dispute resolution; i.e. not going to court.
