@bigjorge747 This has been my problem with the so-called worship for years. Very non-melodic, hard-to-sing songs. Should be only for performance, not for attempting to lead congregation into worship (they don't).

I totally agree. When I am desperate to worship, I put in my Integrity Hosanna tapes (!!!). Kent Henry just had a wonderful (still has) gift of leading us to a place of worship. Now, it's all about elec. guitar, hard rock. Very few scripture songs. All for the "seekers," which is ridiculous. Seekers need to learn how to worship God; we don't need to water down our worship so the seekers won't be offended.

@katstruk Totally agree. Today's "worship" seems to all be canned. Same songs, same guitar driven generic rock music (and I LOVE electric guitar and rock) Lyrically, most songs are also too long now, and have too much odd timing, and who can really focuss on worship when they have to focus on learning a long difficult song. This album, "My Refuge" is a classic, and will always be hard to top, or even to esteem to.

I believe God is mourning true worship from the body of christ, the church today, cause of the lack of worship truly coming from the heart.... its a real shame, and i'm left to question whats applicable for today's church?
What's new is there anything fresh that's anointed as worship that came from Hosanna

I would love it if Hosanna Integrity still offered titles such as My Refuge and The Secret Place. I have no idea why they don't.
