er in one box), it also got an extra side chain input for adding the signal wich you want to compress with. It simply just uses the external signal to compress the main signal instate of using the main signal to compress itself.

The bass kick is ducked over everything, so it is louder than all the other sounds in the track, i think thats what it means
There is a slot between kicks where synths, snares, hi hats, etc are normal volume

@defkon100 yep, the m-audio range, and at college we used m-audio in conjunction with behringer eurorack ub1202 4 channel mixer into cubase! worked a treat, solid, took lots of damage and for the price they kick the shit out of more expensive stuff.
so that was groovebox into behringer into m-audio...
