Hi, does this system help skinny-fat guys at all? I heard not so good reviews from ectomorphs, so I am just wondering if you can lose fat and gain muscle for those type of people. Anyway, happy New Years!

@p90xJoel true true. like i see alot of people succeeded and got amazing results and i dont have a problem doing the workouts i jus cnt find the motivation to do em and regularly. im right now on vacation from school till late january so ima try and get back on it since ill have alot of down time
