Q: My HP DesignJet 9000s / 10000s colors started shifting after the cartridges were sitting on the shelf or in the printer for more than 30-days.
A: Remove & shake the cartridges up-side-down for 10-times. Re-insert the cartridges & perform a single charge.

Q: How do I charge all colors on my HP DesignJet 9000s printer?

+ Press 'online' key.
+ Press 'shift' key to display PH.MAIN menu.
+ Press 'up' key to select PH.MAIN.
+ Press 'down' key twice to select INK SYSTEM OPT.
+ Press 'OK' .
+ Press 'down' key twice to select CHARGE INK SYS.
+ Press 'OK' to charge all colors.
+ Press 'OK' if the ink bottle is not full yet.
+ Press 'OK' to start.
