Cox cable is the worst. But unfortunately I live in condo and they already have basic cable with them so I have to use them for the upgrade but they will charge you for things that even they can't explain. My bill was waaaaaaay too much I called 3 different customer service agents and each one gave me a different reason/story. Pathetic

cox sux my high speed internet has ben going out 5 times a day. butcox claims thare is no problem. and they are very rude on top of that. im serioulsy thinking about switching to another service. i know a number of people that cancelled cox. and they their reasons are just what i said. they relly suck.
