  • @PhillipJie barboza etim.

  • @tgorr87 they will lift their leg. either way they will be off balance. even if your hands our up in an mma fight you can get caught.especially when guys are looking to stop a take down. check out barboza doing the headkick on etim. it come in at a very weird angle.

  • the blind spot man! so many MMA fighters have no idea of this concept and how deadly can be used. This is the key to beating jon jones who is quite prone to switching stances.

  • This guy has bad balance, seriously my sensei is way better

  • Thanks for the tips and free advice.

  • @tgorr87 i agree with you or what happens if the person who is being sweeped lets you do it but carries on and turns it into a yoko geri (or side kick for you yanks) ? To me if you are going to sweep someone you do it properly and they are on their ass NOT standing !!!!!

  • so this little sweep strategy... what do you do when the person you are "sweeping" lifts their leg? Or isnt an idiot and doesnt put their hands down in the middle of a fight. Im not trying to be a jerk its just a legitimate question.

  • Ax kick is ok, but you know that is illegal according to AAU rules. ;)

I don't really care though! lol

  • How we Americans ever bother to wonder why Japan surpasses us in business and technology simply amazes me. This is traditional exercise and the dedication extends to formal education. They don't have "smack-talking" Kumite, thats for YouNoob!

  • Great stuff!
