2nd month of my workout. I've gotten very tone, but not too much mass. My climbing has greatly improved since I started. This is a quick overview of my workout. Obviously I do alot more than what is featured in this video. Overall: Very tone, good climbing, but not getting too much bigger.
Nice video. Watching your back muscles when you did the pull ups was great. Slim but getting stronger. Please after you do an exercise, flex the muscle so we can see what's going on. Good luck.
