International youth sit in at the Bella Center in Copenhagen during UN climate change negotiations in December 2009. During the 9-hour sit-in, youth read out some of the names of over 11 million people who signed onto a petition asking for a fair, ambitious, and legally binding deal.

Not speaking on behalf of SustainUS, but only for the person who uploaded this particular video (me), I changed the comments settings because I was taken aback by several comments on other videos that were akin to death threats. I've just checked in and approved the various ad hominem attacks on this video, despite a personal feeling that spreading such hate on the internet really does little to further anyone's cause.

This was a diverse group of accredited int'l youth observers - not SustainUS. I had the pleasure of meeting many of them. They are studying or have studied environmental engineering, env science, chemistry, physics, policy, env economics, etc at top universities, some at the master's level. Sure they themselves are not leading climate scientists, but I must ask, are you? Where are YOU getting your information & do you have the academic background to understand the science presented to you?
