My personal training programs incorporate natural body movement exercises combined with unique strength training implements (such as Clubbells, Kettlebells, Sandbags, Gym-Rings, etc...), yoga, and a joint mobility practice where the synergistic training effect not only makes your body stronger, slimmer and more toned, but also more mobile, flexible and relaxed.
