@killerbee04x You need to read the contracts that Ford (and their alike) sign w/these companies that dump for them. Within the contract is clear responsibility - stating that the job does not 'pass the buck' in responsibility - this is standard boiler plate in every court case. I don't want to sue Exxon for a drunk guy steering the Valdez, but every big company, especially super co's, know that it is their ass on the line.

Yeah, they said they can't find a link between the illnesses and the toxic waste. So, why are the people cleaning it up in hazmat suits?

You should not give toxic waste to some fool who would dump it in local landfills or streams for a quick buck. Ford should have been more responsible for there actions, and payed someone to big bucks to propery dispose of the waste. There are gangs drugs and other probems throughout the world in low income poverty communities , but there not playing in toxic waste. What took them so long to sue the s**t out of Ford?

A FORD CONTRACTED COMPANY DUMPED IT. NOT FORD. LOOK AT HOW THEY LIVE. TRASH EVERYWHERE. THEY DON'T CARE. DRUGS, GANGS. SO SUE THE COMPANY THAT DUMPED IT. NOT FORD. WHERE IN THE CONTRACTS DOES IT SAY DUMP HERE.

It unfortunate corporate america kills without remorse. If people say anything they simply pull up stakes and go to a country they can pollute. We need to hold them responsible for what they do.
