Are you ready for The Termination Takedown? Corning Cable Systems' new video puts field termination teams to the test, pitting the UniCam Connector against other technologies. In Termination Takedown, seasoned fiber optic broadcasters Lance Cape, Noel Poxy and Lola Tenuation analyze the field, the competitors and deliver the play-by-play as the industry's most well-known fiber optic termination methods, from UniCam Connectors to fusion splicing, compete. You think you know the game? Find out who has what it takes to win in the market.

  • Brilliant....

    Great marketing.

Absolute Nonsense.. But fun to watch.

  • I'll be honest here. Any argument where you falsely show your competition as incompetent buffoons loses credibility. Pre-polished connectors have a valid place in the market, no question. But... Corning makes all 3 styles illustrated here. It's too bad this doesn't show a Corning Unicam vs a Corning field polished connector vs a Corning fusion splice in a common, real-life situation, with F.A.B. for each type.

  • Nice video. All the points come across in an entertaining way. An edit to the length would help. Can you get this to 4 minutes? Watch for cheap space during the superbowl.

  • Thanks for taking the "boring" out of a product video. It's as entertaining as it is informative. I agree with "ccmiramontes", Corning does have the best products. Everyone has their preference of matierials to work with. It's good to know that you can rely on Corning for the best solution regardless of the installation method.

  • This is the best solution if you are small company that does not have enough work to have a Fiber Tech. A real Fiber tech can polish with no mistakes, lower loss over all and cheaper connectors. Corning does have the best products.

  • Thanks Corning for making real installation techs look like idiots. A one hour course with a sales person can replace years of fiber experience? This video is ridiculous and extremely miss informative.

  • Even if you are not a technical person, this video was well done and entertaining. Whatever it is, I would buy it!

  • AWESOME!!!

  • Great video! Allen, Warren, & Michaela did a great job as hosts. Very well produced. Once again, Corning Cable Systems's Marketing group shows why we're the best.

    Thanks!
