@posada37 No, you're wrong. The song was written by the Arrows Alan Merrill and Jake Hooker in 1975 when they released the first version. If you bother to look at the end credits of the Runaways film which was funded by Joan Jett you'll see it's true. Joan Jett didn't write the song and she wasn't the original artist.
