I cant fully agree with Rajlakshimi's argument why sympathy is always in favor of women. It is because of the false cases that a wife files in order to get fat alimony, what puts men on stake. Wives are literally cheating the society and abusing the legal system as a whole leaving husbands speech less. This is one of the key reasons for skyrocketing suicides of married men.

If fit cases of divorces get over fast not only does both the spouses(ex) be benefited in terms of savings in time and energy(and emotional trauma and scars too), but the nation at large also gets benefited, since its productive young persons do not have to toil in courts for an average of 5 odd years just for a divorce which is unavoidable.
Like one speaker said we do not have to make marriages work come what may, we have to realise that divorce is a solution to some marriages at least.
