That would be interesting, that would be good to tie it to the doctor, however we still haven't seen anything from the time war. I would be surprised if something else didn't escape from the time lock, while the time lords were returning.

ITS THE VALEYARD(the evil 13th regeneration of the doctor)

1. River hints she killed the doctor. Why would she do that?

2. The Valeyard is the doctor- e.g his tardis in the time crack

3. soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies- we hear that all the time about him

4. the most feared being in the cosmos- the daleks are afraid of the doctor. what be worse than the doctor? A BAD doctor.

The pandorica is a cage for the doctor. He's the most feared being in the universe. He says it's for a goblin or a trickster of somesort. The doctor nearly always tricks his enemies into destroying themselves etc and he's a blood soaked warrior becuase of the time war plus alot of people have died becuase of him. There's also a picture of the doctor chained up inside the pandorica on the Internet.

As much as I cannot wait for this episode. Why do they always try and better the last season finale.

Season 1: Daleks

Season 2: Daleks & Cybermen

Season 3: The Master

Season 4: Daleks & Davros... & The Master technically.

Season 5: Basically every enemy to The Doctor

Season 6: ?????????

I'm not complaining they always end up being great. But there is a limit to how long you can keep bettering the season before's finale!

There have been a lot of hints and plot threads - it has to do with Amy's Marriage and it's influence reaches far into the Doctor's past. I don't know hoe Moffat will tie all the lose ends up, explain everything, effectively include all these Enemies, and still give us some decent lovecraft horror with whatever's inside this Box, but if he should suceed (and Matt himself said in an interview that he does) this will be the most mind-blowing series finale ever.
