Once again, Arab mayors in Israel are threatening to resign en masse in protest over the lack of government funding for their councils. They claim it is a form of discrimination against the Arab population in Israel.

  • Azmi Bishara wasn't stripped of immunity for speaking out against occupation, he was stripped of immunity for travelling to Lebanon (an enemy state) and is under investigation of aiding Hezbollah.

btw shia n suna more different than judaism n Islam

  • @shayshalom at least we are more than the jewish

we r 400 millions and the muslims are 1.6 billion

and the jewish are only 15 millions hahahaha what da fuck u doing ?? i think most of the jewish are gay or lesbians it's about 80% of u jewish ..... what a pity ??!!

  • arabs r poor everywhere it's there culture

  • @NazarethR Its true, any Jew can come to Israel and become Israeli, whereas for others the immigration and naturalization process is immensley more difficult, if not impossible. But Israeli nationality is not solely Jewish. It includes Arab Muslims, Christians, and Druze. However, Germany, Poland, Spain, etc. all have immigration clauses that favour their people from outside the nation's borders. It doesnt make Spain an apartheid state.

  • @NazarethR It is certainly true that Arabs in Israel (I'm not talking about in the occupied territories, but Israeli Arab citizens) feel and indeed in many ways are left out. However, Israeli is not synonymous with Jew. The Druze and Beduin are not Jewish but serve in the Israeli country and by all measure love their country. Of course the minority Arab Israelis support the Palestinians, for that matter, so do I, if by support you mean end the occupation and have a democratic, peaceful state.

  • @B21983

Of course u need 2 b jew 2 become israeli ! any jew in china or ethiopia has the right 2 come 2 israel & 2 b israel , do the palestinains which were forced 2 leave haifa have the right 2 go back 2 haifa ? german jews have the right 2 go back 2 germany after the war ! u cant tell the black in usa : "only white ppl (fromt england or some where else) have the right 2 become american, black african not "

israel is an apartheid state ! even israeli jewish peace activists r saying the same!

  • it means ignoring the right of palestinains , ignoring the right of any one who doesnt have a jewish root,or jewish relegion ! usa is not the land of white, its not the land of christians its the land of all american, israel is not the land of all israelis(israeli jews&israeli arabs) its the land of any one who claim he is jew,he has the right 2 live there! its fckin racist! u r not answering my points dont talk in the name of minoriy in the arabic world cuz they r also supporter of palestinians

  • @NazarethR I just think that recognizing Israel as the Jewish State means accepting that Israel is the homeland of the Jewish people - Israeli-Jews want acceptance from the Arab World. The Arab World, you have to admit, has refused to recognize any minority rights to self determination - whether it be for Assyrians, Kurds, Copts, or Amazigh. Israel is still however secular and democratic - its not a religious state and you need not become Jewish to be Israeli and participate in society
