  • You are absolutely correct. Chicken legs that can squat 345 and deadlift 420 at a bodyweight of 175.

  • I believe it's 10 or 12lb. The weight doesn't really matter. The quick transition from the catch to the toss and throwing it as hard as possible is really the key there.

  • to the chicken leg comments - big big legs dont move and are useless in most dynamic sports - martial arts etc etc. Most big body builders run out of steam after a brisk walk around the local supermarket. If you stand at doors and look tough then do your big squats!! IF you compete in dynamic sports that require speed, endurance and flexibility ignore the ignorant comment - chicken legs.!!
