I did the same too. I'm a very open minded person.
Using technology, the ufo glowed white during the take off to camouflage the ship. Since UFO are known for traveling at lightning speed, there's not much frame for me to scan.(and also this is a compressed video clip) It's just up to us to believe it or not.

I am a 3D computer modeler and I downloaded the video, extracted the 4 frames where the "ufo" disappears in Adobe Premiere. It's a clever fake. If you want to see what I mean, go here to this forum, where there is a discussion of the effect on page 2:
