  • i agree with employeenumber259, it would have been a better performance if he had some look of aggression or actual intention to harm on his face, but on actual movements and skill it is quite well done, he maintained good balance had accurate powerful strikes and stayed focused on each move even if he did seem bored. even though i practice a different branch of kenpo and do not recognize the form it seems to be among his strong suits.

  • @employeenumber259 Please post your video of the form as it should be done. We'd love to see it done by an expert such as yourself.

  • No junsuxxcutie - A FORM is a representation of combat - It would have been better if he looked like he was actually APPLYING the techniques to an OPPONENT - instead he looks like he is BORED. If you think that he looks focused that is your opinion and is fine - but to me it looks like he would like to be somewhere else.
