the song Yuki no Hana is originally sang by Nakashima Mika,
but a Korean singer Hyo Shin Park (not sure about the spellings) made a Korean version of it.
the man in this video is singing the Park's version.

Well I don't know if it is Korean, but it clearly is not Japanese.... so I come to the conclusion that it is heavily slurred Korean lol
