Its a bit hard to get expelled when it comes to violence, I remember a few years ago, people stabbed each other and just got detention, another person threw chemicals in the eyes of someone and the police didn't care and he got let off without a warning, yet. At the same time people did get expelled but it was for a youtube video criticizing the schools policies.
