Law of the Plainsman - Toll Road (Part 2)

Episode # 13. Davey Coleman rides into Santa Fe and reports to Sam that the family who owned the toll road is now missing and it is under new ownership. He is very agitated, because he is in love with the daughter who has also vanished. When Sam arrives, he finds Davey's father, Mr. Coleman, with a lot of thirsty cattle. The water is on the other side of the gate which he is not allowed to go through. Sam finds Ellen Dawson inside the house, but no sign of her parents. Benson claims the Dawson's went back East and left the daughter, Ellen behind who married Healey. But Sam sees her state and knows that's not the whole story.
