Zoe is a graduate of Cornell University and has been a REALTOR® since 1994 working for both big and small companies as well as a custom home builder. She's been a residential appraiser since 1998 and owns her own appraisal company. Since 2001, Zoe has been developing and teaching classes for MAAR, NorthstarMLS and others. She frequently speaks at appraiser and mortgage meetings and at real estate offices discussing appraisal and MLS issues. Zoe has been on the RMLS Agent Advisory Committee and was instrumental in developing the appraisal division at MAAR. Zoe is also a member of the 2010--2011 National Association of REALTORS® Appraisal Committee. Her varied positions in the industry make her uniquely qualified to represent all MAAR members. Zoe lives in Hopkins with her husband, dog and two cats.
