  • Reminds me of Pink Floyd . I love Floyd too!!

  • Whatever your opinions of World War One, one certainty is that it will be debated for decades to come. Paradoxically the Great War is still alive!

  • @ffchatter

MALEDIERS in other words!!! Men - MALES - die in millions round the world, in mines, on the ocean, in wars, on fishing-boats - TO SUPPLY WOMEN!!! THE MOTHERS - and the gratitude???? DISCONTENT!!!! They die at the end some 12 years earlier then women, BECAUSE OF ALL THEIR STRIVES TO PLEASE WOMEN!!!! Supply them, THEY ARE IN DITCHES AND PAVEMENTS AROUND THE WORLD TOO!! (in hundredes; just look for yourselves)

  • all those men going off to war for the love of the women.if they stayed behind they were branded cowards.a lot ot them never came back.whaat they should have done is gone on the train, sneaked back a week later and sent phoney letters from the front for awhile and then gone home

  • Really amazing!!!

  • Is this a WWI cartoon show???????? God!! This is amazing, where can I download the full chapters??????

  • Thanks! This is always how I saw the song. Argued with a friend who thought there was no twist to it at all.

  • Excellent post, well done.

Always liked this tune and in particular the bridge.

Thought it should have been a minor hit and it did have a lot of air play in '75 but I realise now that Grabham's guitar is so monotonous that it has a mortal effect on the ears.

  • What a unique and fabulous group! Thanks for posting.
