@ryanhickey2003 , CA is in eco ruins because the state is corrupt to the bone and politicians only represent their interests. If your claim is truly valid, and you think ex-employer is trying to blackball your efforts to collect, seek legal assistance. (or do your own legal research) It takes forever but you can get a hearing.

i worked with rudy, and can vouch on his legitimacy. He was one of the only real people in that whole office.

This is why California is so fucked up economically. My company that just laid me off is rejecting my totally valid claim, and punks like this can get unemployment insurance benefits. What a joke!!!

It is a nightmare. They have put me on hold and then hang up. I ask for a supervisor and then they hang up. They think you want one thing even though you explained exactly what you want they do another!!
