Diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi dari Film Promosi Kesehatan Australia oleh MUSA UP (Multimedia Utiizing Scientists Against Unhealthy Promotion) Indonesia untuk anak-anak dan remaja Indonesia, video ini menjelaskan akibat merokok pada paru-paru. Paru-paru manusia terdiri atas jutaan kantung-kantung udara yang sangat kecil. Asap rokok yang masuk ke paru-paru akan menyebabkan kematian kantung-kantung udara kecil ini. Bila kerusakannya sudah sedemikian luas paru-parupun membusuk . Human lung is composed of millions of small tiny air sacs. Cigarette by cigarette will cause the death of these small tiny air sacs one by one. When the damage of these air sacs is wide enough, the lung will rotten (emphysema)).
