Don't be offended, he was just making a point. Technically aboriginal natives of the western hemisphere prior to the founding (and renaming) of the northern continent are not "Native Americans" as such an entity did not exist yet. As to whether they were the original natives of the continent, that pressuposition has been challenged by finding of modern archeology which discovered scandinavian skeletal remains pre-dating the Pac-Asian migration, and in South America, African artifacts pre-dated
